Product Description

Solvent Acrylic Adhesive is a single-component PSA adhesive that has excellent tack and great peel strength. To coat film, foil, and paper carriers for industrial pressure-sensitive tapes, this PSA has been proven to be helpful. To a certain backing, it has good masking abilities. Material that has received the proper treatment up to 130 °Applications could be found in the automotive industry, electrical insulation films, etc. All different kinds of PSA tapes are best suited for this glue because of its exceptional cohesive strength. When the finished tape roll is unrolled, the adhesive is properly cured and does not transfer.

Application guidelines for adhesive

PSA should be applied to the substrate with the appropriate tools. To prevent leftover solvents from reducing the technical features of the finished product, the solvents must be dried effectively in the coating machine.

Availability & Shelf Life

Avoid exposing the glue to direct sunlight for an extended period and keep it dry and cool. The product should be used within 5–6 months of the manufacturing date, under perfect storage circumstances, to have the best performance.
